Tony has always been an industry disruptor, never being constrained by the “normal” way to achieve results. Six years of service in the U.S. Army overseas followed by a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance have allowed Tony to develop a broad and deep level of expertise in many areas. Working in the public accounting sector and earning his CPA allowed Tony to a move into private industry and start several successful business planning and consulting services companies, still in operation today.
Three years ago Tony and his wife Lisa relocated from Philadelphia to sunny Florida. The process of buying, selling and building several properties over the last three years led Tony to realize that the real estate industry is in dire need of change.
He found the overwhelming majority of buyers and sellers are unfamiliar with how the industry works and place a heavy reliance on their real estate professional to guide them. This is what Tony identified as the critical link that is broken.
Most agents lack the building experience, project management acumen and financial expertise that Tony has honed throughout his professional career and personal experience. These three attributes make him uniquely qualified to effectively navigate the costly and complex real estate transactions to a predictable and satisfying conclusion.
There are a lot of moving parts in Buying, Selling and Building homes. Relocation from another state is also an extremely time consuming function that has been streamlined by our team. You need a quarterback that can handle the job so you can be confident you will experience the best possible outcome for You.
When not working with customers Tony enjoys playing golf, flying planes as a licensed commercial pilot, being involved with the local church and going to the beach with family and friends.
